 Jill joined the Oak Park Arms in 2005 and orchestrates the internal marketing operations for the Arms. She conducts tours with families and seniors and coordinates with the team to ensure a quality and smooth transition for seniors moving into the Arms. Jill focuses on great customer service and creating a positive environment and experience for guests who visit the Arms. Jill has worked with individuals with special needs in the community at the Neumann Association and Misericordia in Chicago and holds a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Loyola University. Jill lives in Forest Park with her husband, two children and dog, Charlie. Quote:
