Dr. Matteson has had an office at the Oak Park Arms for over 30 years. He has been in private practice since 1977 and has taught psychology at several Universities including the University of Illinois, The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and Northern Illinois University. Dr. Matteson believes that the whole person is important and coordinating with psychiatrists, general practitioners, social workers and family members is vital.
