Medication assistance at the Oak Park Arms includes medication reminders to ensure medication is taken at proper times. Medication management is also available and consists of setting up the pill box by the Oak Park Arms nurse who will manage the current medication list, complete the refill and ordering of medication, maintain proper storage of the mediation and communicate with the physician and hospitals.
