Roz Byrne, a seniors’ real estate specialist, will present a seminar titled, “The Upside of Downsizing,” at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 12, at the Oak Park Arms, 408 S. Oak Park Ave. Her seminar will address the concerns of moving for seniors. The public is welcome to attend the free event.

Local Artists from Opportunity Knocks Showcase Work at Oak Park Arms
Oak Park Arms Senior Living hosted an art show on Saturday, December 7, 2024, featuring works by artists from Opportunity Knocks, a non-profit organization that empowers adults with disabilities. The opening reception, held in the Oak Park Arms’ art gallery, brought together residents, artists, and supporters for an evening of celebration and artistic appreciation.
